At osingo.in, we aim to ensure full customer satisfaction. If you need to cancel, return, or exchange an order, please review the policy below.
Order Cancellation
- Cancel within 24 hours: You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. If cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued.
- If the order has been dispatched: Cancellation may no longer be possible. Please follow the Returns & Exchanges process after delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
You may request an return and exchange within 3 days from the date of delivery if you are not satisfied with your purchase. To be eligible for an exchange:
- The product must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Exchanges are accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items only.
Refunds
- Refund mode: Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used at purchase.
- Refund credit timeframe: Once your return or cancellation is approved, the refunded amount will be credited to your original payment account within 7–10 working days from the date of approval.
Damaged or Tampered Deliveries
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or appears to have been tampered with during delivery:
- Whenever possible, refuse to accept the package from the delivery agent.

- We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Ensure the product tag and packaging are intact when returning the item.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
- Products showing physical damage caused after delivery.
- Items returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories.
- Items sold under clearance, final sale, or similar promotional offers (unless otherwise stated).
